2023 All Japan Rally Championship Round 1 Rally of Tsumagoi 2023 has successfully finished all competitions on February 5th. The first snow rally was held without spectators as a measure to prevent the spread of new coronavirus infection. JN1 class Takuma Kamata / Yuichi Matsumoto, who are equipped with WORK WHEELS, won the first round to raise the signal of the revival of Subaru Works. Shin Hotta/Haruo Kawanishi also won the JN2 class. In addition, JN1 class Toshihiro Arai, who suffered a serious injury last year, finished 3rd in his comeback.
