The long-awaited venue will be held in Aichi and Gifu prefectures.
The host cities of the Special Stage (SS) are Okazaki City, Aichi Prefecture, Toyota City, Aichi Prefecture, Shinshiro City, Aichi Prefecture, Shitara Town, Aichi Prefecture, Ena City, Gifu Prefecture, and Nakatsugawa City, Gifu Prefecture. , Compete on a tarmac with many technical courses with a total mileage of 965.25km.
All 38 machines gathered in the vast service park, Toyota Stadium.

R-ART RALLY TEAM Katsuya Nakahira & Masahiko Shimazu, JN2 class series champions at the All Japan Rally Championship, entered the RC4 class with R3 machines as domestic entrants wearing WORK WHEELS.
Finished 21st overall and 2nd in class.

It was announced at the beginning that FORUM8 Rally Japan will be held for three years.
